Currently digging the idea of the vino sfuso, which is basically all the leftover homemade cheap wine that the vineyards can’t bottle up and sell at ridiculously high prices. I happen to like my local vino sfuso on Via dei Rustici, right across the street from Angie’s pub. For €3.45 you can get 2 bottles of wine if you bring your own bottles. KACHING! More money for boozin!
